Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Urban Tail Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Below is everything you need to know to make a return:

1. Eligibility for Returns

All orders qualify for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Visit our Returns page
  • Or send an email to our support team at info@urbantailcompany.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of why you’d like a refund

We will reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Do not ship any items back without an approved RMA, as unapproved returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

3. Customer-Paid Return Shipping

  • You are not responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • Please choose a trackable shipping method or purchase shipping insurance—Urban Tail Co. is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

  • Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package. Returns without a valid RMA number may be delayed or refused.

4. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to confirm it is from your original order.
  • If everything checks out, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the package.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
  • Refunds may take an additional 5 business days to show up on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items
While most items can be returned, the following are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during clearance or flash sales marked “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

6. Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process above. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, email info@urbantailcompany.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost, including return shipping.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@urbantailcompany.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
  • Once the defective product is back in our warehouse, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, first check your bank or credit card statement.
  • If it’s still not there, please contact us at info@urbantailcompany.com and we’ll look into it right away.

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy periodically. All changes take effect immediately after being posted on this page, and we will note the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the site after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
